Ideal Profile

We are passionate about our work and the service we provide.

Ideal Profile

We aim to be able to offer a service that an in-house lab would offer but being off site.

We are here to help, and if we are not able to do so ourselves we try to point you in the right direction.

We are able to provide high quality removable prosthetics using acrylic (Ivobase), chrome, Valplast and Solvay with a wide selection of tooth manufacturers available. Orthodontics including traditional appliances, twin blocks, Hawley retainers etc as well as vacuum formed appliances. We also offer a wide range of anti snoring devices and TMD appliances.

All our appliances are manufactured and or finished in house, the only exceptions are cobalt chrome denture frameworks and milling which if required are out sourced by ourselves to trusted UK dental laboratories that we have worked with for many years.

We use a range of high quality materials which are CE certified from some of the industries leading well respected manufactures and suppliers including Ivoclar, Schottlander, Forestadent, and Scheu (Eurodontic).

The laboratory in Kettering, Northamptonshire was established in 2004 and became a limited company in 2011, moving from our rented space to our purpose built laboratory the following year. With the nature of the job it can be very hard to be ecologically friendly, but I do what I can by reusing and recycling when possible.
